More environmentally-friendly design

Energy-saving mode on Jacomex gloveboxes

Sustainable innovation is one of our core concerns. The energy-saving option was specially developed by our R&D department with the aim of providing more energy-efficient solutions. This option is now systematically included, at no extra cost, on all Jacomex glove boxes.

For example, thanks to the energy-saving mode, we are committed to reducing the energy consumption of a Puremod glove box by 84%:

Intensive use = 198W
Energy-saving mode = 31W

Responsible management of raw materials

More rational use of resources has become an integral part of our manufacturing methods:

The sheets are made in France
We designed and produced reusable stainless steel sheet transport frames to minimise packaging and waste,
Our industrial waste is recycled in sorting plants or cement works.
