Ceiling Fan for Glove Box

Category

Description

A ceiling fan is an economical technical alternative to laminar flow. If traditional laminar flow is essential and inseparable from certain pharmaceutical isolators, for the Research and heavy industry sectors, on the other hand, a ceiling fan can be installed which makes it possible to obtain very good results at an affordable price.

Technical data

Technical specifications - Information

Technical specifications of the laminar flow ceiling:

AISI 304L stainless steel structure
Double particulate and H14 filtration
Dimensions: W/D 650mm x 350mm
300m3/h Flow rate

The ceiling fan is a filtration unit with an autonomous fan, mounted under the ceiling of a glove box. Much more compact than a laminar flow device and also shorter, it allows a gaseous atmosphere with an ISO5 cleanliness class (ISO 1464461 standard) to be created in a limited area. It can be either fixed or mobile and sliding on a rail in order to reproduce this particle control above one or more process instruments.

In the Electronics sector (semiconductors, photovoltaic cells, flexible electronics and printed electronics), our purified PureMod and PureEvo glove boxes (<1ppm O2 and H2O) can be equipped with a fan ceiling in order to produce a volume of electronic devices and ensure perfect particle control.
