Special Vacuum chambers

Special vacuum locks cancome in various designs. They are made only to measure in order to make them compatible with their specific intended use. They are an integral part of a glove box and are more often used in production or in a pilot unit.

Their particularity will focus on different aspects such as size to transit large parts, automation or a special process to optimize productivity, integration of customized trays or supports. Special vacuum chambers are mainly used in installations under controlled atmosphere (nitrogen, argon, helium) and purified glove boxes. Their operation is based on alternatively vacuuming (thanks to a vacuum pump) and filling the chamber with gas in order to evacuate the air from the airlock.

The user has the choice of carrying out a variable number of successive empty/fill cycles in manual or programmable automatic mode to best eliminate all traces of atmospheric pollutants.
